A diverse panel of readers including local authors and staff will offer selected prose and poetry to commemorate and celebrate Black History Month on Tuesday, Feb. 23, from 7 to 8:15 p.m. In addition, there will be a special guest appearance by New York State Sen. Andrea Stewart-Cousins.
