On Saturday, Nov. 16, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Weinberg Nature Center staff will lead a walk to Saxon Woods and back, discussing local wildlife and the four seasons, the conservation of species and a history of Scarsdale/New York State. As the walk begins, hot cider and hot chocolate will be offered; halfway, naturalists will offer a healthy snack. After the walk, participants will retreat inside for fun, nature-themed activities — a game, a craft or make some animal friends. Dress appropriately and bring a water bottle. The fee is $7.
