The Weinberg Nature Center continues its program on squirrels for ages 4-plus, on Wednesdays, Jan. 29, Feb. 5, 12 and 26, from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m.

Squirrels teach how to gather and conserve resources, outsmart predators and get along with other animals. The program will explain their systems of communication and ways they adapt during the four seasons. There will be hands-on activities with experiments; learning will be group appropriate with no question unanswered. Simple as well as scientific words will be in use — a program for kindergartners and up.

The fee is $13 per session. WNC is located at 455 Mamaroneck Road, Scarsdale.
