We are excited to learn of the new oak trees being planted at George Field Park. Last year we gained a newfound appreciation for the park as a result of research we conducted for our historical website. We learned that George Field actually was a person, a distinguished participant in Scarsdale Village affairs during the early 20th century, and we gained a better understanding of the park’s transformation in the last decade. If you’d like to share in our discoveries, read our short feature on George Field Park at ScarsdaleSecrets.com.
